Project: Machine Learning inference as a Service optimization in neutrino reconstruction

Neutrino reconstruction is being attempted currently through a number of techniques. My goad is to create a machine learning model for neutrino reconstruction. Then to optimize inference on said model using Tensor RT leading to quicker inference times.
